We are driven by the following values**: respect, determination, legacy, engagement and sustainability.** Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km. The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI). Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government. **Position**: **Key responsibilities** - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budget oversight. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments (IT, Marketing, Operations) to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement solutions to mitigate delays or budget overruns. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure effective coordination between teams, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. - Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and achievements. Drive post-project evaluation to ensure continuous improvement in processes and project management methodologies. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or digital transformation projects. - Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello). - Basic technical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and software development processes. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams toward successful project outcomes. **Other information**: Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is committed in building an inclusive and diversified working environment, striving to guarantee equal opportunities for all workers (L.903/77) and promote the integration into its workforce of persons with disabilities (L.68/99).
