Run what runs the world This Position reports to: Project Operations Manager We are looking for a **Systems Analyst** to join our team. The professional will be responsible for fulfilling the demands of the **Energy Industries** division of the company, building solutions according to architectural specifications — from gathering requirements through to final testing and implementation. This includes new systems, maintenance, and improvements to existing ones, transforming technical requirements into functioning systems, preparing documentation, liaising with vendors, monitoring implementation, and executing validation tests. **Responsibilities**: - Execute demands from all departments regarding the development or improvement of information systems, ensuring a deep understanding of business processes, gathering requirements and needs, clarifying all doubts related to the involved activities, and building the solution according to defined architecture specifications and the company's technical guidelines. - Design the logical structure of systems, defining project schedules, organizing information, developing workflows, creating databases and input/output layouts, and documenting routines as efficiently as possible. This includes all project phases and needs (support, programs, programming languages, operational mechanisms, etc.), validating with users, and conducting testing for final implementation. - Oversee and control project deployment, involving infrastructure and database teams for support, monitoring scope and schedule adherence, addressing technical issues, clarifying doubts, and communicating new requirements or scope changes as needed to ensure on-time project delivery. - Prepare user manuals and system procedures by documenting all processes, attaching screen layouts and report templates, as well as all technical specifications, in order to provide users with clear and secure usage instructions and to give IT professionals the necessary installation and maintenance details. **Requirements**: - ** Education**: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. - ** Skills/Knowledge**: Proficiency in Office 365 tools (e.g., Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate) is required. - ** Strong programming knowledge, preferably in Python and Web technologies.** - Previous experience with **Snowflake, Alteryx**, or similar systems is a plus. - ** Intermediate to advanced English** is required.
