The professional will be responsible for managing the full life of our projects ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This person will be the primary point of contact between multidisciplinary global teams, stakeholders, and suppliers, fostering collaboration and efficiency in a dynamic and complex environment. What do we want to know about you? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A postgraduate degree or certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2) is a plus. Proven experience managing complex projects in the engineering sector, preferably in a global environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at different levels. Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with tight deadlines. Advanced knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.). Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. What will your typical day look like? Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Report project progress, milestones, and any adjustments to senior management. Facilitate effective team collaboration and communication across departments. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
