Circle Project Manager Job Opening in For a Client of TeamLease Digital at Hyderabad

Work Allocation from Customer: Act as SPOC & representative of the organization at circle level, ensuring timely work allocations and WCCs.• Service Delivery: Ensure timely and quality delivery of MW Links as per customer requirements, with all necessary resources in place.

• People Management: Conduct structured reviews, manage team morale, resolve conflicts, mentor, train, and lead by example.

• Vendor Management: Synchronize vendor teams with customer allocations, manage vendor issues with PMO, VHD, and Finance.

• Reviews & Communication: Schedule and manage review meetings, track action items, and maintain timely communication with stakeholders.

• Processes & Compliances: Ensure compliance with organizational processes, audits, quality, health, and safety standards.• Circle Profitability: Monitor and maintain profitability through allocations, timely deliveries, and cost controls.

• Business Development: Identify new opportunities, build customer confidence, and stay ahead of competition. Required Experience & Skills:

• Conduct review meetings with teams, subcons, customers, and departments.• Compile and circulate project reports (DPR, weekly, monthly dashboards).• Track and report project progress, perform gap analysis, and take corrective actions.

• Monitor BTG (Balance to go) across I&C, FATP, Visibility, NOC ATP, rectifications, WCC, and payments.

• Ensure compliance with processes (No PO-No Work, partner allocations, field and quality compliances).• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills.

• Proactive, adaptable, fast learner with a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

/ Experience:• Engineering Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Communications, IT, or Computer Science.• Desirable: PMP certification or equivalent project management knowledge.

• Minimum 8+ years of telecom experience (projects/deployment/O&M).

• Experience in end-to-end delivery of telecom projects across circles for 3-4 years.• Experience managing subcons and teams.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and communication tools.
