Job Description
Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Develop user stories, use cases, and process flows for system enhancements. Act as the Consumer Credit and Collections subject matter expert (SME).
Collaborate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to drive project delivery. Provide regular project status updates and help resolve issues and blockers. Assess customer impacts of proposed system changes and enhancements.
Support UAT planning, test script preparation, testing coordination, and validation of business requirements.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services. At least 1-2 years of experience in Business Analyst role. Experience with system implementation, upgrades, or transformation projects. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of Consumer Credit and Collections processes is good to have. Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
