Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to gather business requirements, analyse data, and support solution delivery while working with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements. Work with business and technical teams to support solution delivery. Use SQL for data analysis, validation, and investigation. Create process flows, workflow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Understand data structures, data flows, business processes, and reporting. Support testing, implementation, and post-release activities. Support reporting, data analysis, and process improvement activities. Work effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Around 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Exposure to financial services, credit, private equity, or investment operations.

Strong SQL skills and experience working with data. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Understanding of data structures, data flows, and business processes. Experience creating process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban. Experience with SaaS platforms, business applications, or third-party systems.

Experience supporting testing, implementation, or post-release activities. Exposure to reporting, data analysis, or process improvement. Knowledge of Excel and process mapping tools. Business Analysis, Agile, or Project Management certification is an advantage. EA Number: 11C4879
