Sales Representative

As the Sales Representative you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to product delivery within the promotional products and printing industry. You will build relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring accurate product specifications including exact color matching, while identifying new business opportunities through outbound sales strategies. Requirements • Experience in the promotional products, print, or a related customizable goods industry • Proven background in 1:1 sales with a track record of applying sound sales strategies • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort engaging in ongoing client conversations • Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve independently • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work with minimal oversight • Experience working with educational or institutional clients is a plus • Comfortable in a fast paced, transactional sales environment Responsabilities • Identify and pursue new client relationships through outbound and cold outreach efforts • Manage the sales process from initial contact through order delivery • Develop and execute proper sales strategies to grow a book of business • Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and use cases in detail • Ensure product specifications, including color accuracy, meet exact client requirements • Collaborate with a small, distributed sales team to meet individual and team targets • Maintain organized records of client interactions, orders, and deliverables Benefits • Location: 100% remote anywhere in LATAM • Compensation: $2,500-$3,000 base, OTE $5,000 • PTO 12 days vacation + US Holidays We only accept CVs submitted in English.
