The Recruiting team is responsible for growing our teams at Datadog with great people across multiple technical and business areas. Our recruiters are strategic business partners, matchmakers, sellers, and marketers with strong relationships across the leadership team. As part of our Global Emerging Talent Team, you'll help build the pipeline that fuels Datadog's future, owning the full candidate journey for our interns, new grads, and early career hires across EMEA. We're evolving how we do Emerging Talent recruiting. In 2026 and beyond, this isn't just about filling a calendar of campus events. It's about building a predictable, high-quality pipeline, delivering a candidate experience people talk about, driving representation at the entry level, using data to make sharper decisions, and taking smart risks to keep improving how we do all of it. What You'll Do Own the pipeline and candidate experience Own the end-to-end candidate lifecycle for assigned schools, functions, or programs across EMEA, from sourcing and screening through offer and conversion, Deliver a high-touch, consistent candidate experience across every touchpoint: outreach, interviews, events, internship hosting, and offer Maintain funnel momentum, diagnose issues early, and unblock your pipeline weekly Be a brand ambassador Represent Datadog as a premier employer for emerging talent across university campuses and virtual channels in EMEA Own key university and student organization relationships; act as the face of Datadog on campus<
