Enterprise Engineering builds and operates the internal tools, platforms, and AI-powered services that enable over 1 million Amazonians to do their best work every day — from endpoint management and collaboration - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams - 3+ years of change management experience
