Technical Project Manager - Data Engineering

Role : Technical Project Manager Location : Hyderabad Experience : 12 - 18 Years Employment Type : Full Time Work Mode : Hybrid Job Summary : We are hiring an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage data and cloud projects. The candidate should have strong experience in project management, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, data engineering projects, and cloud technologies. Exposure to Snowflake and Databricks is preferred. Key Responsibilities : - Manage end-to-end delivery of data engineering and cloud projects. - Create project plans, timelines, and track project progress. - Coordinate with business, development, data, and cloud teams. - Conduct Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management. - Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. - Support data migration, reporting, and analytics initiatives. - Prepare project reports, dashboards, and documentation. - Identify project risks and drive mitigation actions. Required Skills : - Experience in Project / Program Management. - Good understanding of Data Engineering and Data Products. - Exposure to Snowflake and Databricks projects. - Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies. - Strong stakeholder and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Technical Skills : - Snowflake - Databricks - Power BI - SQL - AWS / Azure - Jira - Azure DevOps - Confluence Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. - MBA is an added advantage. - PMP / Scrum Master certification preferred. Preferred Experience : - Cloud transformation or data platform projects. - Banking, Pharma, IT Services, or Digital Transformation domain. - Experience working with distributed or offshore teams.
