PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Is responsible for assisting in the development of standard safety and environmental loss prevention and compliance programs, in addition to executing related assessments for GROWMARK and the FS System.

SUPERVISION AND LEADERSHIP Provides solutions through mentoring as needed, necessary, and appropriate. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Assists in evaluation, development, and implementation of policies, programs, and procedures regarding GROWMARK safety standards and expectations.

Contributes to the development and implementation of annual Risk Management Reviews/Plans. Monitors environmental and safety laws and regulations which may impact compliance programs.

Is a perpetual resource providing solutions to safety and regulatory issues brough forth by affected parties throughout the GROWMARK and FS System. Assists GROWMARK and the FS System by providing local training as needed, necessary, and appropriate.

Collaborates in the creation and implementation of standardized inspections, audits, and assessments designed to benchmark the execution of safety initiatives throughout GROWMARK and the FS System. Conducts job hazard assessments as well as monitors Process Safety Management protocols as needed and necessary.

Develops and implements DHS Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) plans and DOT Hazardous Material Security plans at applicable facilities. Develops environmental compliance procedur
