The Content Marketing & PR Manager, LATAM will be responsible for driving content marketing and communications strategies and execution across Brazil and Mexico. The role will report to the Director of International Communications and dotted line to Marketing, while partnering closely with colleagues across the business, marketing and communications teams, both in-region and internationally. Docusign is entering its next phase of growth, and you will be instrumental in driving forward the company reputation and deepening engagement across key audiences. This role requires you to seek out information to support business goals, distill what you’ve found, build content marketing and communications strategies, craft localized narratives and plans that are strategically aligned to regional and global initiatives, and then execute. To succeed, you need to be proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a matrixed environment. You are flexible in the face of change and comfortable navigating through ambiguity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Portuguese and Spanish is a requirement. This role is a fixed term 7 month contract. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Director, International Communications. **Responsibility**
- Build communications strategies and implement plans, across all areas of regional and country communications
- Provide strategic counsel for Docusign executives while leading some executive communication activations
- Work cross-functionally with key partners to implement proactive and reactive programs that bolster Docusign’s corporate reputation
- Build and manage relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry peers
- Devise vital communications narratives, campaigns, and materials
- Be responsible for content marketing, campaigns, blogs and initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention
- Partner with brand, product marketing, country leaders and sales managers to build content
- Ensure quality, clarity and consistency with brand guidelines and tone, as well as ensure all content is optimized for SEO
- Collect, monitor and analyze website metrics, and make improvements accordingly to optimize the path to conversion
- Handle country budgets and external vendors **Job Designation**:

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. **Basic**
- 5+ years comms and/or content marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in
- technology at major global corporations
- Fluent communication and writing skills in English, Portuguese and Spanish
- BA/BS in marketing, Communications or Journalism **Preferred**
- Strong media relationships, specifically with business and technology press
- Flexibility and a bias to action
- Team player, hardworking and proactive
- Excellent cross-functional communication experience; proven experience thriving in a matrixed environment
- Editorial mentality that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to build it
- Ability to analyze and present content performance
