About the Role

As a Senior Solutions Engineer specializing in Maintenance, you'll play a key role in taking our new Maintenance Platform to market.

Unlike a traditional Solutions Engineer, you won't carry a book of business or sit with a fixed set of Account Executives: you're a specialist overlay who parachutes into opportunities across the field wherever maintenance expertise moves the deal forward.

You'll act as the domain authority and trusted advisor on maintenance workflows for technical and business stakeholders alike, bringing the demos, trials, and technical credibility that win these deals.

This role requires a balance of deep domain expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills, as you map maintenance challenges to our platform and influence buying decisions.

Reporting directly to Solutions Engineering leadership, you'll collaborate across Sales, Product, Trial Success, and Product Marketing, not just to win deals, but to co-author the go-to-market motion itself and feed real-time field signal into the roadmap.
