Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Hyderabad / Chennai Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Industry: IT Services & Consulting Department: Engineering Software & QA Role Category: Software Development Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12, SCM, SQL/PLSQL, RICE components, OAF, and XML/BI Publisher. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing technical solutions, developing customizations, and supporting Oracle EBS applications. Key Responsibilities: - Work on Oracle EBS R12 techno-functional implementation, customization, enhancement, and support. - Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Work across Oracle SCM modules and understand end-to-end business processes. - Develop and maintain RICE components including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows. - Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and queries. - Design and develop reports using XML Publisher / BI Publisher. - Develop and customize applications using Oracle Application Framework (OAF). - Perform technical analysis, impact assessment, unit testing, and deployment of solutions. - Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution. - Work closely with functional teams, business users, and technical stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver enhancements. - Support integrations between Oracle EBS and external applications. - Prepare technical specifications, solution documentation, and deployment plans. - Participate in code reviews, testing, release management, and production support activities. Must-Have Skills : - Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12. - Good techno-functional understanding of Oracle SCM modules and processes. - Strong expertise in SQL / PL/SQL. - Hands-on experience with RICE components. - Experience with XML Publisher / BI Publisher. - Good knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF). - Strong understanding of Oracle EBS technical architecture, customizations, and integrations. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
