Location : remote within Spain, Portugal, or India Reports to : Director - Enterprise Solutions, Cloud & Service Key Responsibilities Design and maintain the enterprise architecture for the Modern Workplace domain, including endpoint management, collaboration platforms and identity/access integration Define and drive the roadmap for Microsoft 365, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Windows 11 (Enterprise/LTSC/IoT LTSC) Apple Business Manager, Manage Engine Endpoint Central, Soti MDM and related client technologies Define the architecture and rollout strategy for AI-powered workplace tools (e.
g.
Microsoft Copilot Cowork, Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365) including licensing, data governance and security considerations Define and monitor Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategy Ensure outsourced services align with enterprise architecture standards Establish architecture standards, reference designs and governance guidelines for device management, application deployment (e.
g.
Autopilot) and Zero Trust/Conditional Access policies Establish governance guidelines for responsible AI use within the Modern Workplace domain, in coordination with security and compliance stakeholders Evaluate and select new tools and technologies to improve employee experience, security posture and operational efficiency Evaluate emerging AI capabilities in endpoint and device management (e.
