Sr. Product Engineer -- Data Platform

We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer to join our Data Platform team. This role sits at the intersection of product thinking and full-stack engineering — you'll own complex user experiences end-to-end, from shaping the problem through shipping polished, performant interfaces backed by robust services.

The ideal candidate is frontend-forward but comfortable across the entire stack, from desktop applications to web frontends to backend services. You think in terms of user outcomes, not just technical implementation, and you're energized — not paralyzed — by ambiguity and unknowns.

Core Responsibilities: Own complex features from problem definition through delivery, shaping scope, navigating unknowns, and making tradeoffs across the product lifecycle.

Design and build rich, performant user experiences for identity, security, secure content sharing, resource management, and data access workflows across the platform. Thread together complex multi-step user flows that feel coherent and intuitive, even when the underlying systems are deeply technical.

Build and maintain the frontend and backend services that power these experiences, working across desktop applications, web frontends, APIs, and backend services.

Apply a security-minded approach to frontend and full-stack work — understanding how authentication flows, authorization boundaries, and data classification translate into safe, trustworthy user experiences.

Champion frontend performance — bundle size, render efficiency, perceived speed, responsiveness — as a first-class engineering concern. Embrace and leverage modern development workflows, including AI-assisted tooling, to accelerate iteration and raise the quality bar across the team.
