Job Description

Location: Remote (United States) Work Model: Remote Industry: AI Infrastructure / Data Infrastructure / SaaS Compensation: $190,000–$215,000 base salary + meaningful early-stage equity (target total compensation up to ~$250K–$260K)

About the Company

Our partner is a rapidly growing, venture-backed AI infrastructure startup building the technology that enables software companies to migrate customer data between complex systems quickly and reliably.

Their platform automates one of the most difficult problems in enterprise software adoption—moving and transforming data across CRMs, ERPs, and other systems of record—allowing customers to onboard in hours instead of weeks.

The company has experienced exceptional growth, increasing revenue nearly 4x in the first half of the year, and is now scaling both its engineering and go-to-market teams.

Their product sits at the intersection of AI, data infrastructure, and workflow automation, solving technically challenging problems for a growing customer base. The Opportunity Our partner is hiring Senior Full Stack Engineers to help build the next generation of their product.

This is a backend-heavy product engineering role focused on developing customer-facing features, building scalable data movement systems, and solving complex engineering problems that directly impact customers. This isn't an environment where engineers simply work through tickets.

The team is looking for builders who enjoy shaping product direction, collaborating closely with customers, and using AI as a core part of their development workflow.

You'll work alongside experienced engineers in a highly collaborative environment where ownership, initiative, and product thinking are expected from day one.
