Key job responsibilitiesManage complex calendars for two Directors across time zones, proactively resolving conflictsCoordinate domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, and expense reportsOrganize team meetings, offsites, and events end-to-end (logistics, agendas, follow-ups)Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgmentAct as liaison between leaders, internal teams, and external stakeholdersIdentify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency
