We are always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team. The Opportunity: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive organizational growth and operational excellence.

Projects may include mergers and acquisitions, IT initiatives (such as infrastructure, networking, financial technology, application implementations and upgrades), multi-vendor system integrations, regulatory and administrative process improvements, and product-related initiatives.

In this role, the Senior Project Manager oversees the full project lifecycle, from initiation through implementation and completion.

Responsibilities

include developing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors, managing budgets and timelines, mitigating risks, facilitating project governance, and providing regular status updates and executive-level reporting.

The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is an experienced project management professional with a proven ability to lead large, complex initiatives across multiple teams.

They possess strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with hands-on experience delivering IT and/or fintech projects. Success in this role requires a collaborative approach, sound business judgment, and
