Product Leadership: - Lead and mentor Product Managers across Customer App and Service Partner products. - Establish high standards for product management, ownership and execution. - Build a culture of accountability, customer obsession and continuous improvement. Business Ownership: - Own the health and performance of key business funnels, including customer acquisition, booking, fulfilment, partner onboarding, partner productivity, customer and partner experience, retention and cancellations. - Ensure every product initiative is aligned to measurable business outcomes. Product Excellence: - Drive high-quality product thinking, prioritization and PRDs. - Spearhead product reviews, design reviews, release readiness, acceptance criteria and post-release metrics. - Continuously improve product quality and execution standards. Data-driven Product Management: - Drive data-backed product decisions through funnel analysis, feature success measurement, root cause analysis and experimentation. - Identify opportunities and recommend product improvements based on customer and business insights. Stakeholder Management: - Partner closely with Business, Operations, Engineering, Design and CX teams. - Drive problem discovery, evidence-based prioritization and proactive stakeholder communication. Success Measures: - Improved product quality and PRD standards. - Better predictability and release quality. - Improved customer and partner funnel metrics. - Higher feature adoption and measurable business impact. - Faster issue resolution through proactive RCA. - Stronger stakeholder confidence and reduced operational escalations. - Improved capability and ownership of Product Managers.
