Scrum Master/Project Manager

Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Agile teams, manage project delivery, and ensure successful execution of technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, project planning, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership. Key Responsibilities : Agile & Scrum Management : - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement. - Remove impediments and help the team maintain a sustainable delivery pace. - Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog. - Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown, and other Agile metrics. - Promote collaboration, transparency, and accountability across the team. Project Management : - Own project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery from initiation through completion. - Define project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies. - Develop and maintain project plans and delivery schedules. - Monitor project status, budgets, resources, risks, and issues. - Identify potential delivery risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality expectations. Stakeholder Management : - Act as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, Product Owners, development teams, QA, and other functions. - Provide regular project status reports and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies. - Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project-level conflicts. - Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Team Leadership : - Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. - Identify resource requirements and coordinate with relevant teams. - Encourage a culture of collaboration, ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement. - Support team members in resolving blockers and delivery challenges. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Project Manager, Agile Delivery, or related roles. - Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Experience managing software/IT projects from initiation to delivery. - Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder communication. - Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification. - PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification. - Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project-management platforms. - Experience with Agile transformation or scaling Agile practices. - Experience working with international stakeholders or distributed teams.
