Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to plan and take ownership of the successful delivery of our data analytics projects, driving the adoption of Scrum process and agile practices across project teams.

The ideal candidate should possess either a Certified IT Project Management (CITPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational, agile-coaching and leadership skills, capable of managing complex data analytics projects and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and control data analytics projects end-to-end, managing scope, schedule, resources and stakeholder expectations to deliver successful outcomes on time, within scope and within budget.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives) and coach data analytics squads on Agile/Scrum practices to improve team maturity and delivery velocity.

• Drive adoption of agile ways of working across cross-functional data teams to enable rapid response to changing business analytics requirements and priorities.
