Job Description

Responsibilities: Take overall responsibility for the safe, timely and successful execution of assigned EPC, construction, tank, piping, plant modification and maintenance projects.

Manage the overall project scope, schedule, budget, resources and deliverables to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with contractual requirements, approved budgets and agreed schedules.

Establish project execution plans, organization structures, responsibilities, project schedules, manpower requirements and resource plans in coordination with the project team.

Lead and manage the project team, including Project Engineers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, Planning, Quantity Surveying/Commercial and other project personnel.

Coordinate and manage project activities from engineering and procurement through fabrication, construction, testing, commissioning and final handover.

Manage day-to-day project operations and coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders, conduct regular project progress meetings and provide timely updates on project status, risks, issues and required actions.

Review and manage project schedules, milestones, manpower deployment, productivity and progress, and implement recovery measures where necessary to maintain the project schedule.

Monitor and control project costs, including manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors and other project expenses, to achieve the approved project budget and targeted profitability.

Review project cash flow, progress claims, invoicing, collections and outstanding receivables in coordination with the Commercial and Finance teams. Manage the procurement and delivery of major materials, equipment and services to ensure that project requirements and construction schedules are met.
