Duties: • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition. • Create and manage engaging marketing content across multiple channels. • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns on budget. • Monitor industry trends and customer insights for strategy improvement. • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools. • Manage digital presence across all platforms effectively. • Collaborate with sales teams to create enablement content. • Oversee marketing administration and coordinate with external partners. Skills and Experience: • Min 10 years "hands on" experience • Proficient in digital marketing with relevant marketing qualifications. • Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas. • Experience with content management and creation tools eg Canva. • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights. • Tech-savvy, adept in using CRM tools and analytics platforms. • Confident, relatable personality that fits the company culture. • Experience in B2B marketing strategies and execution. • Smart casual appearance suitable for a professional environment.
