Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Data Engineering and Analytics projects. - Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations. - Lead and mentor Data Engineering teams while driving engineering excellence. - Govern enterprise data platforms, Lakehouse/Data Lake architectures, and analytics ecosystems. - Collaborate with business leaders to define delivery roadmaps and strategic initiatives. - Drive operational excellence through automation, standardization, and best practices. Requirements: - 10-14 years of IT experience with 5+ years in Project/Delivery Management. - Experience managing large Data Engineering teams and multiple concurrent projects. - Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. - Experience with Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD. - Azure, Databricks, PMP, or Agile certifications are preferred.
