Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Project planning and delivery · Maintain and coordinate the integrated project plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions and actions.

· Track delivery progress against agreed scope, sprint commitments, milestones and release plans, and work with the team to address delays and dependencies. · Coordinate release planning, cutover, operational readiness, post-production stabilization and handover activities. 2.

Agile delivery and team coordination · Partner with the Product Manager, Product Owner and delivery teams to coordinate user research, agile ceremonies, release readiness, user adoption and post-launch support.

· Coordinate sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives, and follow up on agreed actions. · Facilitate communication and collaboration across product, design, engineering, operations and business teams. 3.

Governance, vendor and stakeholder management · Track vendor performance and contractual deliverables, including progress reporting, deliverable acceptance, payment milestones and escalation of delivery concerns.

· Prepare project status updates, governance papers and decision materials for project committees and stakeholders. · Maintain clear records of decisions, actions, risks and issues, and ensure timely follow-up and escalation where required. 4.

Testing, cybersecurity and release readiness · Plan, coordinate and track system integration testing, user acceptance testing, operational readiness testing and security assessments. · Track defects, risks, remediation actions and exit criteria to support informed release-readiness decisions.

· Coordinate cybersecurity compliance and risk-management activities, including assessments, findings, remediation actions, risk acceptances and approvals. 5.
