• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - or equivalent work experience
• 15+ years of software development experience
• 10+ years of managing a team
• 5+ years of managing managers
• Experience building and running highly available, large-scale, distributed systems -externally facing product or service
• Proven ability to lead across multiple locations
