The Amazon Advertising Sales Incentive Compensation team is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to drive analytics throughout the Ads incentive compensation program.
The charter for our team is to Enable - 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience - Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software - Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
