Job Description
The In-House Creative Studio plays a critical role in how the Experian brand shows up in our customers' lives.
As a Videographer / Video Editor, you'll bring our stories to life through engaging, high-quality video content that performs across today's social platforms. This is a hands-on production role, taking projects from concept through to final delivery. You'll capture compelling footage on location, direct talent during filming, and transform scripts into impactful creative that connects with audiences.
You'll work closely with copywriters, designers, marketers and channel teams to produce platform-native content across YouTube, Meta and TikTok, adapting creative for each channel whilst maintaining a consistent brand experience. You'll combine strong technical expertise with creative storytelling to produce work that is both visually engaging and performance focused.
This a Hybrid, London based role (40% in the office) reporting to the Head of Creative and Content - please note this role is a 12 month fixed-term contract
What you'll be doing
• Video Production: Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video content for paid social, organic social, digital campaigns and internal communications. Deliver content from initial brief through to final export.
• Direction & Storytelling: Bring creative concepts and scripts to life by directing shoots, coaching contributors and talent on camera, and capturing footage that delivers the intended message with impact.
• Platform-first Content: Create content specifically designed for YouTube, Meta, TikTok and emerging social platforms. Understand the nuances of each platform and adapt creative, pacing, formats and storytelling accordingly.
• Editing & Post Production: Edit footage into compelling, engaging content using professional editing techniques. Add motion graphics, voiceovers, music, sound design, colour grading and visual effects to maximise creative impact.
• Technical Production: Maintain production standards across every project, ensuring lighting, framing, audio quality, aspect ratios, colour, grading, graphics and final exports meet both creative and technical requirements.
• Location Filming: Travel to offices, events and external locations to capture original content, managing equipment and ensuring shoots run smoothly.
• AI Native: Use AI-powered tools to support editing workflows, ideation, transcription, captioning and production efficiency while maintaining creative quality and authenticity.
