Senior Marketing Manager - Brand & Growth Location: Hyderabad (Travel to Sri City & Baddi Plants) Industry: Chocolate Manufacturing Industry About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, digital marketing, social media, BTL initiatives, and distribution-led growth. This role requires a hands-on marketing leader who can build brands, drive consumer engagement, and deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute brand, digital, and marketing strategies. - Lead social media, content, influencer, and digital campaigns. - Drive BTL activations, trade marketing, and distributor engagement. - Build marketing programs that improve sales, market penetration, and brand visibility. - Track campaign ROI, marketing performance, and budget utilization. - Partner with Sales, R&D, and external agencies for product launches and GTM initiatives. Candidate Profile: - MBA in Marketing or related discipline. - 6-10 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Trade/BTL Marketing. - Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing preferred. - Strong understanding of brand building, performance marketing, and distribution-led growth. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
