About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our Perth-based team in our beautiful office, working 16 hours per week with the flexibility to choose how you structure your hours. You’ll help maintain and amplify the Grounded brand across social media, internal communications, and print/digital collateral with fresh, consistent content. From corporate capability statements to Instagram posts and Christmas gifts that wow, you’ll help us connect with our audience and tell our story with consistency and flair. What you'll be doing: • Branding & Design: Maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms, and design promotional materials like business cards, banners, flags, and brochures. • Digital Presence & Social Media: Create and manage engaging social media content (posts, images, videos, and graphics) while increasing visibility through audience engagement and monitoring trends. • Marketing Materials & Advertising: Develop and design marketing collateral, including capability statements, tender documents, and newsletters, and coordinate advertising campaigns across digital and print media. • Promotional & Corporate Gifting: Oversee the design and distribution of Christmas gifts and promotional merchandise that align with branding guidelines. • Internal & External Communications: Assist in creating email templates, memos, presentations, press releases, and communications that support various departments. What you'll bring • Proven experience in content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing across multiple platforms • Advanced skills in InDesign, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar professional design tools • A sharp design eye, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong understanding of brand consistency • A proactive, self-driven mindset with the confidence to lead creative direction and bring fresh ideas to the table Why Grounded?
