We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager who combines strong Growth and Product expertise. This role is ideal for a product generalist who is comfortable moving between product discovery , product optimization , and cross-functional business execution .

You'll work across the entire product lifecycle—from validating new opportunities and finding product-market fit to improving onboarding, retention, and operational excellence.

This is a highly autonomous role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, makes decisions based on data, and takes ownership of business outcomes rather than simply delivering features. What you will do Identify new product opportunities through market research, customer interviews, and JTBD analysis.

Validate product ideas, drive product-market fit, and develop positioning, value propositions, pricing, and go-to-market recommendations. Own key product initiatives across onboarding, activation, retention, subscriptions, billing, and monetization.

Conduct user research, define hypotheses, run experiments, and use insights to improve product performance. Analyze product metrics, identify growth opportunities, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
