Senior Manager - Projects

Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager - Projects with 4-9 years of experience in the job market context of India to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills and experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within budget, scope and schedule. Responsibilities • Lead the planning and implementation of projects from inception to completion • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders • Develop project plans and associated communication documents • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis to manage expectations and ensure customer satisfaction • Manage project budget and resource allocation • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations • Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project • Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field • 4-9 years of experience in project management in the job market context of India • Experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Experience in managing project budgets and resource allocation • Experience in risk management and mitigation • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • PMP certification is preferred Skills: Team Leadership, Risk Mitigation, Resource Allocation, Quality Control, Budgeting, Vendor Management, Project Management, Process Improvement Experience: 4.00-9.00 Years
