Event Producer (Freelance, Immediate Start)

With a large-scale outdoor event on the horizon, we're bringing an experienced Event Producer on board on a freelance basis, starting immediately. This is an initial two-month engagement, with a view to ongoing work for the right person. The Role You'll take the lead on delivering high-quality events from start to finish, working closely with clients and contractors. You'll bring ideas to life and ensure every detail is executed to the highest standard. This is a hybrid role based in our North Fremantle studio, starting in-office with flexibility to work from home. Key Responsibilities ● Full project and event management including operations, logistics, and budgets ● Development of event management plans and production schedules ● Coordination with local government, stakeholders and technical production suppliers ● Approvals and compliance management ● Staff coordination and supervision of the onsite event team ● Event control and stakeholder liaison on the day ● Post-event reporting, reconciliation and acquittals About You ● 5+ years of experience delivering large-scale events, ideally including outdoor or public events ● Able to commence immediately and work independently ● Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and suppliers ● Excellent time and budget management skills ● Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities ● Own transport, current driver's licence, and availability for on-site work including evenings and weekends ● Own ABN and appropriate insurances for a freelance engagement, or open to a payroll arrangement for the right candidate Why Join Us? ● Award-winning, boutique agency with high-profile clients and projects ● Creative, collaborative studio culture based in North Fremantle ● Immediate start, with the opportunity for this to grow into ongoing work ● Supportive, close-knit team passionate about what we do How to Apply Ready to bring unforgettable events to life with us?
