Job Description

• Oklahoma City-based renewable energy startup focused on designing and manufacturing advanced energy technologies. • Collaborative environment that values curiosity, hands-on problem-solving, and a desire to learn. • High-impact role on a small engineering team with opportunities to contribute across multiple projects. Job Overview: The Engineer will play a key role in the design, development, testing, and manufacturing of advanced renewable energy products. This position works across multiple engineering disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, chemical, and controls engineering, to solve complex technical challenges and support the company’s growing product portfolio. The role requires a hands-on, versatile engineer who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to contribute beyond a narrowly defined specialty. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and improve products that integrate engineering, software, and manufacturing systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support electrical, mechanical, chemical, and industrial process initiatives. • Troubleshoot technical issues and develop practical solutions in laboratory and manufacturing environments. • Analyze system performance and technical data to drive product improvements and operational efficiencies. • Contribute to prototyping, control systems, manufacturing processes, and technical documentation. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred • Background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Industrial Process Engineering, or a related discipline. • Strong engineering fundamentals with hands-on problem-solving experience in manufacturing, industrial, or process environments. • Experience with engineering software such as KiCAD, Fusion 360, ANSYS, Python, or similar design and analysis tools preferred. • Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving priorities and responsibilities.
