Salary- 95k-120k Based on Experience What You'll Be Doing: Lead multidisciplinary design teams to develop innovative product solutions. Collaborate across departments to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
Manage product introduction processes, including customer needs analysis, project proposals, and management approvals. Develop and oversee project budgets, timelines, and cost targets. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for product lines and manufacturing processes.
Develop tooling, participate in customer acceptance tests, and provide ongoing engineering support. Propose tools and techniques to accelerate new product development and introduction. Maintain clear communication with management, sales, manufacturing, and customers regarding project status and product specifications.
Own specific product designs, ensuring differentiation and competitive advantage. Uphold design documentation quality, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in equipment design, manufacturing processes, and electrical aspects. Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
