Job Description

Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver IT projects from initiation to closure. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, business analysts, developers, QA teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), and status reports. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and project profitability where applicable.

Conduct project kickoff meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, steering committee meetings, and project reviews. Ensure timely communication of project status, risks, issues, and milestones to stakeholders. Facilitate requirement clarification and manage scope changes through change control processes.

Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and organizational processes. Support Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies based on project requirements. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment planning, and project handover activities.

Mentor junior project coordinators or associate project managers when required. Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and recommending process enhancements.

Required Skills

& Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 4–7 years of experience in IT Project Management. Proven experience managing software development, application implementation, or digital transformation projects.

Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Monday. com. Strong stakeholder management and cl
