About the Role We are partnering with a leading public sector organisation to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise technology initiatives that support large-scale digital transformation programmes.
In this role, you will manage the full project lifecycle, working closely with business stakeholders, software engineers, solution architects, and external vendors to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing technology solutions.
Beyond project delivery, you will provide technical leadership, mentor project teams, and drive continuous improvement across technology and delivery practices.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced IT Project Managers with a strong technical background in application development, systems integration, and enterprise solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Solution Management Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse business needs and translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and governance activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations while aligning with organisational objectives. Systems Analysis & Solution Design Lead systems analysis, business process modelling, functional design, and technical solution planning for both new initiatives and enhancement projects.
Review business requirements, functional specifications, technical documentation, and solution designs to ensure completeness and alignment with enterprise standards. Oversee enterprise system integration initiatives involving internal applications and external digital platforms.
