Information Technology Consultant

Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to identify trends, performance indicators, and areas for improvement. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Communicate project status, updates, and findings to project managers, team members, and stakeholders.

Prepare reports and presentations summarizing project progress Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting minutes Support the business team on budget planning that is related to technology cost and translate business requirements to technical requirements / specifications Develop deep understanding on business functions and applications.

Progress and incident reporting to management in a timely manner. Manage the relationships with all stakeholders. Manage and identify potential risk and recommend mitigation controls planning.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Master degree or relevant Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Project Management, PMO,or Project Analyst roles supporting enterprise technology initiatives. Proficiency in Project Management tools and Software Knowledge of project management methodologies (e. g. , Agile, Waterfall).

Experience in reporting, analyze data, track project status Proficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office application CAPM/PMP/CITM/CSM/PRINCEII or relevant certification preferred.

Mandatory experience in managing or supporting Unified Communications (UC) projects, including project coordination, governance, vendor management, and budget tracking. Strong experience in project governance, stakeholder management, procurement(PR/PO & SOW), budget management, and project reporting.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to clearly articulate business needs/project issues, as well as tactfully negotiate on project scope and timelines. Possess strong financial/business acumen and ability to directly correlate project tasks, associated estimates, actuals and o
