Job details Job Location: Remote (Anywhere Romania) Effort Schedule: 8 Hours/Day (Flexible) Business Hours: EET Timeframe Language: English Customers Background : (EU, WorldWide) Client Facing Role: Yes Project Team Size: +10 members Methodology: Agile/Scrum Travel Required: No About the Role We are looking for an experienced Agile Business Analyst to join our software development projects and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
You will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into clear and actionable requirements, and supporting the development team throughout the delivery lifecycle in an Agile environment.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze business needs and requirements. Translate business requirements into clear User Stories , including relevant Acceptance Criteria . Work closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Developers, and other technical stakeholders.
Manage and maintain items within the Product Backlog , ensuring requirements are clear, prioritized, and ready for development. Clarify requirements and User Stories during development and support the team throughout the sprint.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies , including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Facilitate discussions and workshops with business and technical stakeholders. Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and digitalization.
Support the team in translating business requirements into functional solutions. Review delivered functionalities and support functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Identify, analyze, and clarify defects or gaps between business requirements and delivered solutions.
Maintain functional documentation and ensure requirements and decisions are properly documented. Support the delivery lifecycle from initial requirement analysis through implementation, testing, and release. C
