You will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, development teams, stakeholders and business users to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements. • Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, QA teams and business stakeholders. • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives. • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. • Support backlog management, prioritization and requirement clarification. • Create process flows, business documentation and functional specifications. • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test planning and defect tracking. • Monitor requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure business needs are addressed. • Support stakeholder communication, status reporting and project documentation.
