Oracle SCM Planning Consultant / Lead Location: Hyderabad | Bangalore | Chennai | Pune Experience: 4-10 Years Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Planning professional with strong expertise in Oracle ERP SCM Cloud, Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Plan-to-Produce processes. The candidate will be responsible for understanding existing client processes, identifying performance gaps, recommending future-state solutions, and driving end-to-end Oracle SCM Planning implementations. The role will also involve hands-on configuration, solution workshops, process improvement, and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Understand existing client processes and recommend improvements aligned with industry and Oracle best practices. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle SCM Planning solutions. - Develop strategic roadmaps to bridge performance gaps and support high-level implementation planning. - Define new business processes and enhance existing supply chain processes. - Lead solution workshops and support business stakeholders in identifying appropriate solutions. - Configure Oracle SCM Planning solutions hands-on and provide technical/functional guidance to junior team members. - Drive end-to-end implementation activities from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live. - Prepare process flows, data flow diagrams, requirements documents, solution documentation, and training materials. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and development of business process assets. - Work effectively within complex global ERP environments and support clients across multiple initiatives. - Lead and support Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, and Plan-to-Produce workstreams. - Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and team development. Required Skills & Experience: - 4-10 years of overall experience with relevant experience in Oracle ERP SCM Cloud implementations. - Proven experience delivering complex Oracle SCM Planning solutions from discovery through go-live. - Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle SCM implementations in relevant modules. - Strong experience in Supply Chain Planning, with expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Replenishment Planning, Backlog Management, Global Order Promising, Supply Chain Collaboration, and Production Scheduling. - Strong understanding of Plan-to-Produce processes. - Experience working as a workstream lead for Supply Chain Planning implementations is preferred. - Experience with Oracle SCM and Manufacturing modules is an advantage. - Experience supporting or implementing Oracle ERP Cloud Supply Chain Management. - Ability to operate within complex global ERP environments. - Strong understanding of business process mapping, solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation methodologies. Preferred / Additional Skills: - Oracle ERP SCM Cloud certification in Planning or related areas. - Experience leading solution workshops with business and client stakeholders. - Experience across Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, and Plan-to-Produce tracks. - Experience working with large-scale/global organizations. - Strong experience in process documentation, including process flows, data flows, requirements, and training materials. - Strong change management and stakeholder management skills. Candidate Profile: - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to work independently and effectively in remote/global delivery environments. - Proactive, energetic, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach. - Strong willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement. - Ability to mentor junior team members and take ownership of workstreams.
