Consultant - Order Management/Order To Cash

Key Responsibilities: - Analyze, design, and implement end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes. - Provide functional expertise across Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising (GOP), Billing, and Accounts Receivable (AR). - Understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and system configurations. - Lead or participate in OTC implementation and enhancement projects. - Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and integration teams. - Conduct client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, solution walkthroughs, and design discussions. - Develop functional specifications, process flows, business requirement documents, and solution design documentation. - Support pricing design, order processing, fulfillment, invoicing, collections, receivables, and financial integration requirements. - Identify process gaps and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices. - Support integration between order management systems and finance/ERP platforms. - Participate in testing activities, including test planning, test case preparation, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment support. - Provide functional guidance during implementation, testing, go-live, and post-production support. - Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and issues effectively. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications: - Strong experience in Order Management and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. - Hands-on functional knowledge of: 1. Order Management 2. Pricing 3. Global Order Promising (GOP) 4. Accounts Receivable (AR) - Strong understanding of the complete end-to-end OTC business lifecycle. - Good understanding of order capture, fulfillment, shipping, billing, invoicing, collections, and receivables processes. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business, functional, technical, and integration teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent documentation and business-process modeling skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management capabilities. - Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.
