Project Manager ( High Rise Project ) - Ahmedabad

We have an urgent opening for Project Manager ( High Rise Project ) for our reputed client based in Ahmedabad. Job location : Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and deliver high-rise construction projects within scope, time, and budget. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. • Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure alignment with project goals. • Monitor project progress using project management tools and report to senior leadership. • Ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards at all project stages. • Review project designs and provide inputs during planning and execution phases. • Prepare and manage project schedules, resource planning, and procurement. • Oversee contractor performance and ensure timely completion of milestones. • Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews. • Ensure compliance with local laws, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Masters is a plus). • Proven experience in managing residential/commercial towers end-to-end. • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.). • In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards. • PMP / Prince2 certification (preferred but not mandatory). • Should have completed minimum 2 Projects of high-rise building.
