Partner Enablement Operations Manager

FEQ327R583 The Partner Enablement Operations Manager is a senior operator and builder responsible for designing and running a scalable, predictable, and data-driven operating model for partner enablement at Databricks. This role serves as the operational backbone and strategic integrator for partner enablement, connecting global strategy to the execution across AMER, EMEA, and APJ regions while ensuring programs are delivered consistently, efficiently, and at scale. The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, systems thinking, and a bias for automation. They know how to reduce operational friction, build governance that scales, and introduce AI-enabled workflows that improve responsiveness without adding unnecessary complexity or headcount. What You’ll Do Own the partner enablement operating model, including core planning cadences, governance mechanisms, and execution frameworks that connect strategy to execution. Run QBRs, MBRs, and executive reviews for partner enablement leadership, using clear metrics and forward-looking insights to drive accountability and decision-making. Lead end-to-end execution of partner enablement initiatives, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are managed effectively across functions and regions. Build and maintain dashboards and operating reviews that surface partner engagement, program performance, risk signals, and areas requiring intervention. Act as a key point of contact for cross-regional operational issues and escalations, resolving immediate friction while converting recurring issues into structural improvements.
