Senior Manager - Non-IT Procurement

: - Establish an exemplary process for the acquisition of Non-IT category which encompasses Facility, Administration, Recruitment, Marketing, and HR related expenditure. - Develop and implement strategy for procurement of various aforementioned categories and ensure alignment with industry standards. - Regularly assess the commercial terms and improve on them. - Aim to achieve x % productivity / efficiency / cost savings annually. - Lead negotiations to achieve desired results with partners globally. - Meet internal customer satisfaction targets. - Cultivate vendors, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with KPIs. - Supervise a team of buyers. Work Experience: - 15 years of advancing purchase and procurement expertise with at least 10+ years of experience in managing Non IT Category Procurement. Demonstrated capability to create and execute innovative strategies for global procurement. - Proven history of cultivating strong partnerships with suppliers and delivering creative solutions in procurement. - Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities along with robust change management skills. - Receptive to feedback and a drive to enhance individual performance. - Experience in process and project management is advantageous. - Essential global cross-cultural exposure. - Unquestionable integrity. - Familiarity with Oracle.
