OnSumaye - Senior Full Stack Developer - Python/React.js

Position : Senior Full Stack Developer Employment Type : Full-Time Budget : As per candidature Work Location : On-site (Noida-63) Role Overview : We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React and Python (FastAPI). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable web applications and should actively leverage AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar to improve development productivity. The candidate must be capable of writing effective prompts, reviewing AI-generated code critically, and delivering production-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using React and FastAPI. - Build responsive, high-performance frontend applications using React (Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand). - Develop scalable REST APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI. - Integrate third-party APIs, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and cloud services. - Utilize AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development. - Create high-quality prompts and validate AI-generated code for accuracy, security, and maintainability. - Follow coding standards, design patterns, and best practices. - Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, CI/CD, and automated testing. - Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams while mentoring junior developers. Required Technical Skills : 1. Frontend : - React.js (Functional Components, Hooks, React Router) - JavaScript (ES6+)/TypeScript - HTML5, CSS3 - State Management (Redux/Zustand) - Material UI, Shadcn UI, Tailwind CSS - Vite/Webpack 2. Backend : - Python (5+ years) - FastAPI - REST API development - Async programming, Dependency Injection, Pydantic - PostgreSQL, MongoDB - SQL & NoSQL databases - GraphQL (Good to have) 3. AI-Augmented Development : - Daily hands-on experience with Cursor AI, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding tools. - Strong prompt engineering skills for generating multi-file features, debugging, and architecture scaffolding. - Ability to review AI-generated code, identify hallucinations, security issues, and performance concerns. - Proven ability to improve development speed using AI without compromising code quality. 4. DevOps & Other Skills : - Git, Pull Requests, Code Reviews - Docker - AWS/GCP/Azure (basic knowledge) - JWT, OAuth2 Authentication - Testing frameworks: pytest, Jest, React Testing Library Good to Have : - Experience with LLM integrations (OpenAI API, Anthropic API, LangChain) - Knowledge of Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and RAG architectures - Startup or product-based company experience - Open-source contributions or strong GitHub profile - Experience with WebSockets or event-driven architectures Candidate Requirements : - Have strong hands-on experience in React and FastAPI. - Regularly use AI coding tools in their day-to-day development. - Can join within next 10 days. - Comfortable working from the office.
