Relevant Industry: SaaS / AI-powered customer engagement, messaging, workflow automation and CRM software Location of Posting: Remote (India) Location of Candidate: India Required Skill Set (In case of IT requirements) Backend: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, SQLAlchemy Frontend: React.js, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, TanStack Query, Redux Toolkit, shadcn/ui, Tailwind CSS Real-time and integration: WebSocket, polling, optimistic updates, cache invalidation, Messaging Channel APIs, Google APIs, Meta Commerce, CRM and payment providers Infrastructure: DigitalOcean, Vercel and Docker Job Description / Responsibilities Own product features end-to-end, from tenant-scoped database design and APIs through the user interface and production deployment. • Ship complete API and UI features with minimal handoffs. • Build real-time messaging interfaces using WebSocket and optimistic updates. • Extend adapter-based integrations for messaging channels, Google Calendar, CRM and payment providers. • Implement and evolve workflow-engine capabilities and tenant-scoped data models. • Debug complex state-management, caching and production issues independently. • Write clear code and contribute to a well-documented codebase using RFCs and ADRs. Desired Profile of the Candidate • 2-3 years of full-stack experience with Python, Fast API and React/TypeScript; candidates with less experience may be considered when they can demonstrate end-to-end feature delivery. • Solid understanding of React Query / TanStack Query patterns and familiarity with Redux Toolkit. • Experience building real-time applications using WebSocket, polling and cache invalidation. • Comfortable owning a feature from tenant-scoped database schema through deployed UI. • Understands multi-tenant SaaS concerns, including tenant isolation, feature flags and rowlevel data separation. • Self-directed and able to diagnose production issues independently. • Nice to have : Meta platform experience, adapter/plugin or workflow-engine architecture experience, and AI/LLM integration experience.
