Chief Technology Officer - FinTech/NBFC

: We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves building scalable digital lending platforms, including LMS, CRM, customer portals, and mobile applications. - Formulate and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company's growth trajectory to ensure a sustainable competitive advantage. - Oversee end-to-end IT operations, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of all internal and customer-facing systems. - Manage the annual IT budget, allocating resources effectively across infrastructure, talent acquisition, and R&D to maximize return on investment. - Direct the modernization of IT infrastructure, implementing cloud-native solutions and scalable architectures to support increasing user demands. Key Requirements: - 10-15 years of technology leadership experience in NBFC, fintech, or banking - Expertise in cloud technologies, digital lending ecosystems, cybersecurity, and RBI/NHB compliance - Ability to drive innovation, build high-performing technology teams, and enable business growth through scalable fintech solutions Location: Andheri East, Mumbai CTC: 3035 LPA.
