Junior Graphic Designer - Photoshop/Illustrator

Job role : Junior Graphic Designer Location : Hyderabad Full time : Permanent Mode : Work from office Overview : A Junior Designer works within the creative team to produce visual content across brand, social media, and digital touchpoints for a diverse roster of clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who is visually sharp, tool-savvy, and genuinely excited about design whether it's a polished brand deck or a quick-turnaround Reel graphic. Core Responsibilities : - Design static and animated content for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms including posts, stories, carousels, thumbnails, and Reels covers - Create brand presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and client-facing documents - Develop visual assets for campaigns, shoots, and branded content projects - Support the content team with quick-turnaround design needs using accessible tools - Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines across all deliverables - Collaborate with the creative and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals - Assist in building templates, content kits, and design systems for ongoing client accounts Skills & Tools : - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (mandatory) - Comfortable with Canva, Adobe Express, and similar accessible design platforms for quick-turnaround content - Working knowledge of AI design tools Mid-journey, Adobe Firefly, Ideogram, or similar for concept generation, background creation, and asset enhancement - Basic understanding of motion graphics or After Effects (a plus) - Strong sense of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy Qualities We Look For : - Visually curious always looking at good design and learning from it - Fast, adaptable, and calm under tight deadlines - Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly - Detail-oriented cares about the small things - Comfortable switching between polished long-form design and fast social content
